A promising Padel project in Larnaca

We have supported our client from A to Z, ensuring meticulous legal due diligence, which included the thorough review of numerous documents, including a long-term lease regarding state-owned land.  

Our services also extended to the seamless incorporation of a joint venture, ensuring a robust legal framework for this innovative sports endeavor. Furthermore, we facilitated the drafting and finalization of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), an IP agreement concerning the high-tech products which will be developed by our client for the project and a share profit agreement, aligning all parties’ interests and paving the way for a successful collaboration.
