August: A successful month for our team!

Loizides & Associates LLC team is proud to announce our successful representation of our client, a distinguished engineering firm, in complex negotiations in a multimillion-euro dispute with a JointVenture.  

The Joint Venture with which our client was involved, had secured an arbitral award exceeding Euro 120.000.000. However, despite this substantial victory, the Joint Venture was refusing and/or neglecting to repay the monies owed to our clients. 

From start to finish, our team provided comprehensive support to our client throughout this challenging process. We facilitated every aspect, from strategizing the negotiations to legal proceedings. Our efforts included assisting our clients in order to obtain garnishee orders to ensure the protection of our client’s interests. Additionally, we meticulously drafted the necessary settlement agreements to solidify the terms of repayment. 

Our dedicated approach and unwavering commitment have led to a favorable resolution, safeguarding our client’s financial interests and reinforcing our reputation for excellence in handling high-stakes legal disputes.
