Last Friday, we filed a recourse before the Tenders Review Authority on behalf of our clients concerning a €7M tender by the Department of Public Works. Our clients—a joint venture between a leading Cypriot MEP company and a multinational group headquartered in Innsbruck, Austria, with operations in 25 countries across Europe and the UnitedStates —secured interim measures today, prohibiting contract execution pending adjudication.
