Our firm has been appointed by a US-based company to provide comprehensive legal services in relation to all Cyprus employment law matters concerning its employees in Cyprus. The scope of services includes the review and drafting of employment agreements, ongoing legal advice on Cyprus labour law, and guidance on the legal framework governing redundancy and workforce restructuring.
