Successful Representation in WIPO Domain Name Dispute

We are pleased to share that Loizides & Associates LLC successfully represented a Greek technology company in World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) domain name proceedings against a Cyprus-based complainant.

The dispute concerned the domain name of our client and arose in the context of a broader commercial and contractual relationship. The case involved complex issues of intellectual property, domain name rights, arbitral proceedings, and their intersection with contractual arrangements.

The WIPO Panel ultimately rejected the complaint, confirming that the matter was contractual in nature and not suitable for transfer under the UDRP.
