Participation in Open House Nicosia 2026

On Sunday, we had the opportunity to attend Open House Nicosia 2026, organised by the NGO Voices of the City – Open House Nicosia, with the support of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and the Cyprus Architects Association.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to visit and experience a number of notable architectural projects across Nicosia, offering practical insight into the design, planning and construction considerations underlying their development.

Equally important was the opportunity to engage with architects, engineers and other professionals actively involved in shaping the city’s built environment. The discussions that took place highlighted the importance of close collaboration between legal and technical advisors in the successful delivery of complex construction projects.
