Favorable final judgement for our construction client in Nicosia district court

We are pleased to inform you of a favorable final judgment obtained on behalf of our clients, a reputable construction company based in Nicosia. The dispute involved a luxury 620m² villa project, where the owner (defendant) failed to fully compensate our client for the construction. The defendant also filed a counterclaim seeking damages for alleged defects.  
 
Today, the district court of Nicosia issued its decision, upholding our client’s position. The court dismissed each allegation made in the defendant’s counterclaim and found all three of his witnesses to be unreliable. This judgment highlights the integrity of our client’s work and reinforces their commitment to excellence.
