Interim Judgment in favour of our clients at the TRA

Loizides & Associates LLC is pleased to announce its recent appointment as legal representatives for a prominent mechanical contracting company in a Recourse before the Tender Review Authority (“TRA”). 

The Public Tender concerns a project within the Limassol municipality, for the installation and maintenance of smart parking system at of street parking lots and on street public spaces with an estimated value of over Euro 5.500.000. 

Today, 04.08.2024, we successfully secured an interim judgment from the TRA concerning the interim measures sought, which included the non-execution of the contract. 

Our diligent approach and steadfast dedication have resulted in a favorable outcome, safeguarding our client’s financial interests.
