Interim Order Secured in Statutory Demand Dispute

Loizides & Associates LLC secured an ex parte interim order from the District Court of Nicosia on behalf of our clients/claimants, a Cypriot company, following a disputed statutory demand under section 212 of the Companies Law.

At the ex parte hearing, the Court adopted our clients’ position and issued an interim order restraining the respondent from taking any further steps in the proceedings, including publishing, notifying, or otherwise disclosing any winding-up petition filed against them.
