The consortium, specializing in the computer industry, comprises various companies operating in multiple jurisdictions, including England and Singapore.

Our firm has been entrusted by its international client with the following responsibilities:

Firstly, to assess the eligibility criteria and facilitate the incorporation of a Cyprus-based entity under the classification of a HighTech company.

Secondly, to review the pertinent legislation, policies, and application procedures, and to provide comprehensive advice and guidance for submitting applications concerning the entry, residence, and employment of numerous third-country nationals. Our team provided its clients with, inter alia, draft applications, licenses, employment contracts, long-term leases and certificates.
