Our founding partner has been appointed by ETEK as expert in 3 new construction disputes

We are pleased to announce that our partner Marios Loizides has been appointed as the expert in two complex disciplinary proceedings against members of Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK). These cases involve two significant projects in Ayia Napa Cyprus that have garnered public attention in Cyprus: the construction of a  luxury  hotel and the construction of church within the protected area of the Natura 2000 Network, a Special Area of Conservation, and a Special Protection Area, both allegedly in violation of their respective  Building Permits.
