Participation in Contractors’ All Risks Insurance Seminar

Today we attended a highly informative training seminar on Contractors’ All Risks (CAR) insurance.

The session covered key insurance instruments applicable to large-scale projects, including contractors’ and subcontractors’ policies, public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Particular emphasis was placed on real-life project scenarios where significant accidents were not covered under the applicable insurance arrangements, exposing contractors to substantial legal risk. The seminar provided valuable practical insight into risk allocation and the importance of properly structured insurance coverage.
