At Loizides & Associates LLC, we proudly represent an investor who acquired a luxury property in Limassol through a corporate vehicle. Upon taking steps to secure the investment, our client discovered that the property was occupied by a third party under a sham long-term lease and subsequent sham sub-lease agreement.
Through strategic legal action before the Cyprus courts, our client successfully regained possession of his rightful property. However, shortly after, he uncovered that a significant portion of his estate was being wrongfully alienated under a fraudulent scheme orchestrated between previous owners and parties connected to the neighbouring property — now appearing in the hands of an ostensibly bona fide purchaser.
Acting swiftly, we filed a new claim against all involved conspirators and obtained ex parte interim injunctions restraining further alienation, sale, or lease of the neighbouring property pending the full adjudication of the case.
