Successful Settlement After a 4-Year Court Dispute

Loizides & Associates is pleased to announce the successful resolution of a long-standing legal dispute on behalf of our client, the owner of a property in a prime location in the city of Limassol.

Our client had been wrongfully denied access and possession of his property for more than four years, due to the existence of a sham tenancy and sub-tenancy agreement.

Following today’s settlement before the Limassol District Court, our client has finally regained full possession of his property. With today’s settlement, the claim is considered settled and all pending interim applications and appeals before the Cypriot Courts have been withdrawn, bringing the matter to a close in our client’s favour.
