This week, our firm successfully represented well-known Greek and Cypriot construction companies and joint ventures in three separate, high-stakes settlements:

• €14M+ FIDIC dispute settled following ICC arbitration, relating to a €100M+ infrastructure project.
• Settlement of court proceedings against the AttorneyGeneral over public drainage works in Larnaca.
• Dispute resolved in pending arbitration concerning a luxury residential development in Larnaca.
