Winding-up petition against the owner of a significant contruction project in Cyprus

This week, our law firm filed a winding-up petition in the District Court against the owner of one of Cyprus’ most significant commercial projects.  

The project is valued at nearly Euro 100.000.000.  

Despite the issuance of the final payment certificate by the project engineer, the owner has persistently denied or neglected to fulfill its obligations in total breach of the provisions of FIDIC contract.
